This one is a perfect example of how we bring flavor and simplicity together – basically our mission. Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower is so easy to make and works both as an appetizer for gatherings and as a meal. It doesn’t always have to be complex!
Cauliflower has been all the rage recently as folks are learning its versatility, from cauliflower mash to riced cauliflower. A once neglected vegetable has seen an uprising as a viable alternative to traditionally carb-rich sides and meals.
As always, we are here to provide you flavor solutions. Complexity need not apply in this one. One final note, we love meat. However, we realize meat is not a necessity in every dish. Oftentimes when we make meatless dishes we do so in a way where we forget meat isn’t present. We would never share a recipe with you that we did not believe in.
Preparation: Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower
We’re simply going to use the oven to roast this one. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Wash a head of cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower down into bite size florets.
Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes, or until char marks become visible on cauliflower exterior.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Place in a large mixing bowl and toss in buffalo sauce. Serve immediately. You can also use a grill instead of the oven. User’s choice.
As for condiments, we recommend this Homemade Bleu Cheese. It will make you feel like you are eating wings while also forgetting that you aren’t!

If you choose to follow the recipe and roast the cauliflower simply use a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. If you choose to grill the cauliflower, use a quality grill. It’s one of the best investments you can make. The cheap ones won’t last long and often have even heating issues. If you’re in the market for any of these items, take a look (affiliate links):
