Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Caulflower, cut down into florets
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce, homemade or store bought Choose desired spice level

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450. Wash cauliflower. Cut cauliflower down into bite size florets.
  • Roast cauliflower in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes, or until char marks become visible on cauliflower exterior.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Place in a large mixing bowl and toss in buffalo sauce. Serve immediately.
