6.5oz.Chicken StockWe used a tsp of Better than Bouillon chicken base with water
½Lime, juiced and zested
¼cupCilantro, stems removed
Instructions
Add liquid ingredients and about half the cilantro to sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir in the rice. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes (refer to package instructions as some rice varieties can vary) or until liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork and top with remaining cilantro. Serve as a side to your favorite dish.
