Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 - 3 cups Fresh Basil, stems removed
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated We actually used asiago and it turned out really well.
  • 2 - 3 cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth or desired consistency. Store in the fridge in an airtight container or use immediately.
