1tbspLemon Juice, about half a lemon
5ozCrumbled Bleu CheeseHold 1 oz. for topping
2tbspButtermilk
2tspWhite Cooking Wine
1tbspChopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper, to tasteAbout ¼ tsp of each
Instructions
Simply prep the ingredients according to the instructions. Thoroughly mix and refrigerate immediately. Top with remaining 1 oz. of crumbles and chopped parsley.
Optional: Run all ingredients in a food processor except 1 oz. of bleu cheese crumbles and parsley. Pulse to desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining crumbles and parsley.
