Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise, homemade or store bought We used Duke's for its robust flavor
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, about half a lemon
  • 5 oz Crumbled Bleu Cheese Hold 1 oz. for topping
  • 2 tbsp Buttermilk
  • 2 tsp White Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste About ¼ tsp of each

Instructions
 

  • Simply prep the ingredients according to the instructions. Thoroughly mix and refrigerate immediately. Top with remaining 1 oz. of crumbles and chopped parsley.

  • Optional: Run all ingredients in a food processor except 1 oz. of bleu cheese crumbles and parsley. Pulse to desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining crumbles and parsley.
