Unwrap Cornish Hen and place on a plate or board. Pat dry.
In a prep bowl mix half the olive oil, cumin, harissa paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be the rub for the hen. Set aside.
Rub interior and exterior of hen with lemon juice.
Rub interior and exterior of hen with rub. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to an hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place hen In a roasting pan or roasting dish. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear and hen starts to take on a golden color.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
