Ingredients
  

  • ½ loaf Sourdough Bread, cut into approx ¾" cubes We used the Panera sourdough available at Kroger
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste Generally, a couple cranks each on a grinder.
  • 2 tbsp. Any desired herbs or seasonings such as Italian blend, Za'atar, garlic powder, etc. or any combinations. We just love the Za'atar croutons

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    Toss the bread cubes with the olive oil in a mix bowl until bread cubes are all relatively evenly coated. Toss in the salt, pepper, and desired seasonings.
  • Spread out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove and flip/shift around, return to oven and bake for another 3 - 5 minutes or until golden.

  • Remove from oven. If not using right away, let completely cool before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
