Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ cup Red Wine
  • 1 Dough Ball, Large From your local pizza place (see post copy)
  • Flour For dusting
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce See link in post for homemade =) or store bought =/
  • 6 oz Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1 Jalapeno, Thinly Sliced
  • 8 oz Mozzarella, Grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp. oil on medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add wine and mushrooms. Saute for 6 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until mushrooms soften. Remove from heat and place in a bowl.

  • Dust a cutting board or flat surface with flour. Mix remaining oil with dough. Stretch dough from center outward into a 12 inch circle.
    Grilled Pizza Dough
  • Heat grill to 500 degrees. Place stretched dough directly onto grill or onto pizza pan. Grill for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Flip dough. Add sauce and toppings. Grill for another 3 - 4 minutes. Remove from grill and allow to cool for 4 - 5 minutes. Slice with a pizza wheel and serve.
