Grilled Shrimp Skewers (with Trader Joe's Crunchy Jalapeno, Lime, & Onion)

Equipment

  • Bamboo Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Shrimp Raw, Shell Off, Peeled, De-Veined
  • 1 jar Trader Joe's Crunchy Jalapeno, Lime, & Onion 5.6 oz. jar

Instructions
 

  • Toss the shrimp with the jar of Trader Joe's Crunchy Jalapeno, Lime, & Onion, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour and up to 24 hours.
    Grilled Shrimp Skewers Marinating
  • Preheat the grill to medium. Skewer the shrimp, leaving some room on each edge of the skewer. Place the skewers on the grill leaving space in between. Grill for 2 - 3 minutes, flip each skewer and grill for another 2 - 3 minutes.

  • Remove from grill and serve immediately or incorporate into your favorite shrimp recipe.

Notes

Can use any medium to large size shrimp.  Prep time will increase if shells are on and if they need to be de-veined.
