Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Place pieces of kale in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil and spices
Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil lightly coated with cooking spray (or parchment paper).
Bake kale for 10 minutes, flip and place back in oven for another 5 - 7 minutes or until becoming crisp. Remove and serve immediately.
