Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Kale, ribs removed, cut to approx. 1" pieces
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Place pieces of kale in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil and spices
  • Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil lightly coated with cooking spray (or parchment paper).

  • Bake kale for 10 minutes, flip and place back in oven for another 5 - 7 minutes or until becoming crisp. Remove and serve immediately.
