Method
- Heat both oils together over medium-high heat in a pan or wok. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 2 - 4 minutes.
- Stir in shiitake mushrooms and cook for another 2 - 4 minutes. While cooking sprinkle in the soy sauce. Optional: spoon in some miso marinade if making as a side to Miso Glazed Black Cod (see recipe notes).
- Remove from heat and top with green onion. Serve as a side to your favorite Asian dish.
