Ingredients
  

  • Toast, use a thicker, heartier multi-grain bread for best results 1 slice per serving
  • PImento Cheese Enough to spread a layer on the toast. Make ahead. See notes.
  • Cajun Smoked Salmon Pre-smoked, store bought
  • Diced Red Onion To taste

Method
 

  1. Toast bread in the toaster to desired doneness. Spread a layer of pimento cheese over each slice. Place pieces of Cajun Smoked Salmon over the layer of pimento cheese. Top with diced red onion and serve.
